How do I play a game?

A short “How to play” guide appears the first time you open each game. You can always reopen the rules from the How to play? button in the game's lobby. To see the guides again: Settings → Show game guides again.

Can I play offline?

Yes. All table games and puzzles can be played offline against bots; pick the bot difficulty in the game lobby. Some party games can also be played with friends on the same phone. Offline saves are stored on your device.

Why does online play show “SOON”?

Online private rooms are being rolled out game by game and region by region. If a game shows a “SOON” tag, online mode isn't available for it in your region yet — you can play against bots meanwhile. If online is available but you see a “no internet” message, check your connection and try again.

How do I invite friends to my table?

1. In the game lobby, tap Create room.
2. In the waiting room, tap QR · Invite.
3. If your friend is next to you, let them scan the QR code; otherwise use Share Invite Link or tell them the 6-character room code.
4. Tapping the link opens the app and seats them at your table. To join with a code: lobby → Join with code → enter the code.

You can also fill empty seats with bots, or invite MasaPlay friends directly with a notification.

I tapped an invite link but the app didn't open.

Install MasaPlay from the App Store or Google Play first, then tap the link again. If it still doesn't work, enter the room code shown on the link page under Join with code in the app.

How do I add friends?

Go to Profile → Friends and enter your friend's friend code to send a request. Your own code is on the same screen.

How do I move my progress to another phone?

The app starts with an automatic guest account. To keep your progress, link your account with email, Google or Apple from the Profile screen, then sign in the same way on the new device. An unlinked guest account cannot be recovered if the app is deleted.

Restoring Premium (new phone / reinstall)

Premium is tied to your store account. Signed in with the Apple ID / Google account you bought it with, tap Settings → Purchases → Restore purchase. Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription; you won't be charged again. For refunds, contact the store you paid through (Apple “Report a Problem” or Google Play refunds).

How do I earn coins? Do they have real value?

Earn coins from the daily reward, winning games and optional rewarded ads (limited per day). Coins have no real-world value and cannot be cashed out or transferred. MasaPlay contains no real-money gambling.

I watched an ad but didn't get coins.

The reward is granted once the ad has played to the end and been closed. If your connection dropped or you hit the daily limit, no reward is given. If the problem persists, email us with your app version and the time it happened.

How do I delete my account?

Settings → Delete account → Delete my account. Your account and all server-side data are deleted immediately. Details and email requests: Account deletion.

How do I report or block a player?

Use the Report / Block options where offered in the app. As the table host you can remove an unwanted player by long-pressing their seat in the waiting room. You can also email the player's name, friend code if known, the room code and what happened to mfatihicin@gmail.com; we review reports and restrict accounts where needed.

What data do you collect?

See the Privacy Policy. In short: no access to your location, contacts or photos, ads are non-personalized, and we never sell your data.
