Services that watch ticketing, payments and integrations around the clock and catch problems before users do.
The problem
Sales, payments, external integrations and entry points depend on each other. When one of them failed silently, a visitor was often the first to notice.
My role
Design and development of the services, as sole developer.
The solution
I built background services that continuously watch the critical workflows. They regularly check that the system and its integrations are healthy and alert the right team when something unexpected happens, so the response can start before the problem reaches visitors.
Outcome
- A large share of failures is now caught before users notice.
