An in-house ERP that brings restoration, staff, fixed-asset and finance processes into one system.
I brought restoration, staff, fixed-asset and finance processes, previously run separately by different departments, into a single system. Departments work on the same data, approvals flow through the system and reports come from one source. Fixed-asset and financial records are integrated with the public financial management systems (SGB–MYS).
Key decisions
- One data model: departments work on the same records, so different versions of the same information do not appear in different units.
- Approvals in the system: approvals move through the system instead of paper and email; you can see where a task is waiting and who approved what, and when.
- Integration with public finance systems: thanks to the SGB–MYS integration, the same information never has to be typed into two systems by hand.
My role: Sole developer: analysis, development and go-live.
